About the role

Join the talented culinary team at Phoenix Hospitality Group's Group in the vibrant Broadbeach, Queensland. As a Casual Chef, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes as part of our bustling kitchen operation.

What you'll be doing

Assist in the preparation, cooking and presentation of a variety of dishes to the highest standards

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food production and timely service

Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment in line with food safety regulations

Contribute to the continuous improvement of kitchen processes and menu development

Provide excellent customer service and respond to any special requests or dietary requirements

What we're looking for

Experience as a Chef or Cook, preferably in a similar fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment

Excellent culinary skills and a keen eye for food presentation

Strong time management and multitasking abilities to work effectively in a busy kitchen

A passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

A demonstrated commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
