Job Role & Responsibilities:

The role consists of:

• Focus on pans and grill - but hands on across all areas of the kitchen
• A flexible roster, across 7 days including nights and weekends

Skills and Experience:

The successful applicant will possess the following skills:

• Minimum of 2 year experience in a similar role
• Work as a positive, professional, team member with a 'can-do' attitude across all areas of the kitchen
• Trade qualifications, Tafe trained preferred, including Food Safety Certificate
• Good understanding of food safety requirements & standards for maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
• A real team player: our Team works closely together to achieve excellence for our members, and guests
• Ability to smile until the end of service!
