ROLE
Sitting in the Pre-Construction and Estimating Team as key person to support tender submission processes.
3month contract role with genuine opportunity to transition to full time permanent position for strong performer.
4 days per week being Mon-Thur and hours are 8am to 5pm.
No WFH flexibility for first 3mths (obviously emergencies excepted but not a role to consistently do 2 days wfh).
Pulling together content from various departments and compiling this into very well thought out and detailed submission docs.
Some external stakeholder liaison required for RFIs and pricing info etc.

YOU
Experience across commercial, education, health or public spaces on new build projects $30m - $100m+
Bid/submission Coordinator background – hands on do-er!.
Great interface with Estimating, Project Delivery and Exec team.
Proficient with In-Design & capable of working on multiple tenders concurrently.
