About the Company:

As part of their continued growth, they are looking to implement InDesign into their bid process - so this is your chance to lead that initiative and bring your creative and technical bid writing skills to the table.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating all aspects of tender submissions. This includes working closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure each bid is professionally presented, compliant, and submitted on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end preparation and coordination of tender submissions for civil projects.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather accurate and relevant project data, pricing, and scope details.
- Oversee bid timelines, ensuring all milestones and submission deadlines are met.
- Create professional and compelling proposal documents using tools like InDesign.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive bid library and templates for future submissions.
- Support the Estimating Manager and leadership team with strategic input on submission content and layout.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors throughout the bid process.
About you:
- Proven experience in a similar Bid Coordinator or Tendering role (civil construction or engineering industry preferred).
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience using InDesign is highly desirable - with the drive to help integrate it into the business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
