The property management team boasts long-term staff, thanks to the Directors’ strong engagement and commitment to work-life balance. This agency refuses to compromise on service; 180 properties is the max you will look after until you are across your portfolio inside out!

This role has become available to reduce workloads across the team and maintain their exceptional service standards.

We may consider 4 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio of no more than 180 properties
• Conduct property inspections, coordinate maintenance, and oversee lease renewals.
• Ensure compliance with property legislation and maintain high service standards.
• Address and resolve client concerns promptly.
• Deliver timely, accurate reports to landlords.
• Resolve issues proactively to avoid escalation to NCAT.
• Delegate to a Junior Property Officer & Leasing

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Property Manager or 2+ years as an Assistant Property Manager.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a professional environment.
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• A passion for real estate and delivering exceptional service.
