We are seeking a motivated In-Home Sales Consultant for the surrounding areas of Bondi to provide expert, personalized consultations for custom-made window coverings. This role involves visiting customers' homes to measure, offer tailored advice, and provide accurate quotes, helping bring their vision to life.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in helping customers transform their homes with confidence and ease. You will:
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and provide expert product recommendations
- Measure windows and spaces accurately for custom window furnishings
- Prepare and present quotes based on customer requirements and preferences
- Build strong relationships with customers through attentive service and follow-through
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely ordering and installation of products
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide up-to-date advice
- Meet and exceed sales targets through a consultative and customer-focused approach
Experience and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in sales, ideally in home decor, furnishings, or interior design
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for helping customers find stylish and functional solutions
- Excellent attention to detail, especially in measuring and quoting
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- A current driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends as required
Due to insurance requirements, the ideal candidate must be 25 and over or possess a full driver's license.
