This role is with Emora – a commercial construction and facilities maintenance company that does a lot of work in security-sensitive environments. We’re a small but mighty team that takes our work seriously – but not ourselves. We get in, get the job done properly, and always look out for each other.
We're now looking for a Client Service Admin Assistant – someone who will support our operations and client services team, help get jobs closed off, liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers, handle admin with precision, and be the friendly, reliable face of the business both internally and externally.
You’ll be based full-time in our Caringbah office, working Monday to Friday. You’ll get plenty of support and training, but also the autonomy to take ownership of your work and make it your own. No two days are the same – and that’s exactly how you like it.
