At Disrupt Digital, we help small businesses grow through high-performing digital marketing – and our Client Resolutions Manager plays a vital role in keeping that momentum strong.
As part of our Operations team, you'll support our Account Management division, acting as the go-to expert for client retention, conflict resolution, and strategic problem solving. This role has a clear mission: rebuild trust, re-establish value, and retain clients through empathetic, solutions-focused conversations.
You'll become an expert across both paid and organic media, developing persuasive, insight-led strategies that restore confidence and drive retention. Every day and every call will be different – and that’s where you’ll thrive.
What Success Looks Like
- Navigate objections and resolve tough client conversations with empathy and control
- Rebuild value through tailored, commercially-savvy messaging
- Manage and prioritise time effectively across multiple client escalations
- Operate confidently within HubSpot and other marketing platforms
- Develop strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, SEO, and broader digital strategy
Your Day-to-Day
- Own the relationship with escalated clients – resolving concerns and driving outcomes
- Negotiate payment issues, cancellations, and complaints with a calm, commercial approach
- Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen strategies and reduce churn
- Maintain clear and consistent records of communications and agreements
- Analyse performance and identify opportunities to improve save rate and service delivery
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights with the broader AM team
- Balance competing priorities and manage deadlines with precision and professionalism
You Bring
- 2–3 years’ experience in sales, debt collection, customer success, account management or digital marketing
- A proven ability to handle objections, build trust, and resolve issues quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication to explain complex ideas simply
- A systematic and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Resilience, empathy, and persuasive communication skills
- A natural sense of urgency and outstanding time management
- Commercial acumen and the ability to align client strategy to business goals
- HubSpot or CRM experience is a strong advantage
