SMSF Wizard is a chartered accounting firm which specialises in establishing and managing the compliance of self managed super funds.
We are looking for a Client Relations Assistant to provide excellent service to our clients and administrative support to the firm.
Duties will incude:
Answering telephones;
Managing mail and email correspondence;
Managing client documents;
Data entry;
Liaising with the ATO; and
Managing workflow to meet deadlines.
To be suitable for this role you must have:
strong organisational skills;
strong written and verbal communication skills;
excellent attention to detail;
the ability to wok autonomously; and
the ability to learn and move between multiple different softwares and portals.
