Victoria Aircon, a leading provider in the air conditioning sales and installation industry in great Melbourne area, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Presentative to join our team. This pivotal role involves extensive mobility, as frequent visits to client sites for inspections and on-site construction monitoring are essential.

Qualifications & experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

At least three years of experience in a similar role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong creative, analytical and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Tasks & responsibilities

Represent the company at industry events.

Ensure the maintenance of high service standards.

Engage actively with key clients including contractors, dealers, and others to foster strong relationships.

Perform weekly sales analysis to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.

Contribute to the development of a strategic state-wide sales plan.

Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally within the air conditioning industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex transactions.

Driven, self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
