We are a Residential Building Company, that service all areas across Sydney specialising in new Home Builds, Custom and luxury Homes, Knock Down rebuilds and More. Our core business is a boutique and professional touch kind of offering as a Premium Home Building Company. We are looking for an experienced Sales Business Development Manager with a proven track record within the Residential Building Space to to help grow the company sales Further.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Estimating and quoting

. Meet with New clients

· Undertake Tender Walk Throughs site Visits and Preparation of Tenders

· Successfully winning and closing deals

· Canvassing leads and turning them onto New Sales

· Proactively looking for new business opportunities

· The ability to work in a proactive team

Key responsibilities

· Must have a proven track record within the Residential Building industry

· Must be driven and willing to grow the company sales in the right direction

· Must have at least a Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales and BDM Preferably

· Actively source new business opportunities

This Role is Base Salary plus commissions. Plus Company Car, Phone & Laptop
