We are looking for a competent Office Clerk to perform various administrative and clerical tasks. This is a full-time role with hours of 8 am - 4 pm, Monday to Friday. Reporting to the General Manager the role will assist with customer queries, assist in handling customer accounts, create reports, and general admin duties.

A strong knowledge of general computer tasks
Willingness to learn new skills
Responsibilities
Answer phone and emails to assist customer queries and to book jobs.
Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word/excel and our Hub Fleet interface.
Managing customer accounts
Assist in office management and organization procedures.
Perform other office duties as assigned.
