📍 Melton or Gisborne, VIC | 💼 $110K–$130K Package + Potential Equity | 🕔 Full-Time, Office-Based

Our client, a well-established and reputable financial planning firm, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Financial Advisor to join their growing team in either their Melton or Gisborne office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an advisor who is passionate about building long-term relationships and delivering quality advice to a loyal and mature client base.

💡 About the Role
This is a 5-day, office-based role (parking available) offering a stable and supportive environment where you can focus on delivering outstanding advice without the pressure of sales targets. With a strong and growing base of pre-retirees and retirees, the focus will be on superannuation, retirement planning, pensions, and aged care strategies.

The firm values long-term relationships and is offering the potential for equity for the right candidate who aligns with their client-first ethos and long-term vision.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, tailored advice to a client base of mostly retirees and pre-retirees
• Prepare comprehensive advice documents, including SoAs and ROAs
• Conduct client reviews and strategy meetings
• Collaborate with the broader team to deliver seamless client service
• Maintain compliance with all legislative and professional standards
• Stay up to date with superannuation, retirement, Centrelink, and aged care regulations

🎓 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Financial Advisor
• Completed FASEA Exam
• Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)
• Strong technical knowledge of superannuation, pensions, and aged care
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A genuine passion for helping clients achieve financial peace of mind
• XPlan experience desirable but not essential
