About the Role

Overseeing all Casualty claims with a strong focus on Construction Liability (personal injury and product liability)

Investigating claims, determining coverage, assessing liability and negotiating settlements

Maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as Solicitors, Loss Adjusters, Brokers and Underwriters etc.

Providing feedback and reports to Underwriters to assist the underwriting process

About you

Bachelor of Law degree with 2-3 years end to end Casualty/Liability claims management experience (Personal Injury or Property Damage)

Completed a Diploma in legal practice (highly regarded)

Defendant insurance solicitor with experience in liability matters looking for a career change also considered

Construction and/or Sports Liability claims experience (highly desirable )

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to foster effective working relationships and manage multiple stakeholders
