We’re a busy, established removal company based on the Northern Beaches, and we’re looking for a motivated Outbound Sales & Referral Development Representative to help grow our local presence by tapping into your connections and building referral relationships.

This is not a cold-calling telesales role — we’re looking for someone who understands the value of local relationships and can actively build our brand through connections, partnerships, and referral networks.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow referral relationships with local real estate agents, retirement villages, strata managers, property stylists, and other relevant partners

Identify new sales opportunities across the Northern Beaches

Represent our brand in the community – face-to-face, online, and at local events

Track leads, referrals, and business development activity

Work closely with the owner and team to align on business goals and marketing efforts

Ideal Candidate

Well-connected locally (Northern Beaches area)

Confident, outgoing, and relationship-driven

Strong communicator with professional presentation

Self-motivated and proactive – you enjoy creating opportunities

Experience in real estate, removals, sales, or local business development is a plus

A genuine interest in helping people during their move

What’s on Offer

Part-time flexible role – 15–20 hours/week to suit your schedule

$30–$40/hr + big commission incentives based on successful referrals and new bookings
