Business Development Representative – Full-Time

Location: Lidcombe or Kingsgrove

Haiton International Pty Ltd is a growing HVACR company based in Sydney, specialising in air conditioning, refrigeration, and cool room solutions. We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help expand our customer base and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Conduct outbound calls, and follow-ups

Collaborate with internal teams to close deals

Maintain sales records and reports

Requirements:

Experience in business development or sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive

Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)

HVACR knowledge is a plus (training provided)
