What You’ll Do

• Manage and optimise Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, and backup solutions.
• Automate and streamline system administration tasks.
• Provide L3 support and resolve complex technical issues.
• Oversee end-user computing, device management, and virtual desktops.
• Maintain network infrastructure and security controls.
• Drive ICT projects and support field sites as needed.

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years’ IT infrastructure or systems admin experience.
• Strong skills in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, VMware, Azure, and networking.
• Scripting/automation experience (PowerShell, Python).
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, VMware, CompTIA, ITIL desirable).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
