The role

This role will involve answering the phones, greeting clients, keeping the office tidy, making tea and coffee for clients, opening new files, preparing client agreements, Trust Account and General Account receipting (incl paying invoices), basic conveyancing tasks (incl. ordering searches and emailing clients/third parties) and basic family law tasks (incl. disclosure).

The ideal candidate will:

1. have experience as a Legal Secretary;
2. have experience with Trust Accounting and General Banking;
3. be committed and eager to learn;
4. have a positive attitude; and
5. be a team player.

The position will be full-time with the opportunity for genuine career progression within our rapidly growing firm.

Salary will be negotiable and commensurate with relevant experience.
