The Role: Own the Sale, Drive the Vision

As a Build Designer / Sales Consultant, you are the customer’s guide from the very first call to the moment they pick up the keys. You’ll:

Run design consults with inbound enquiries and returning customers.

Design custom truck solutions based on lifestyle, load, and budget.

Present, explain, and refine quotes in collaboration with your Build Coordinator.

Work with workshop and engineering to confirm fitment, GVM and NB1/NB2 compliance.

Manage your own pipeline, follow-ups, and delivery timelines.

Hit clear monthly revenue targets.

Your builds won’t just look great — they’ll work flawlessly on the road, off it, or anywhere your customers take them.

Performance-Driven Pay: Base salary + generous commission structure. Top earners achieve $140K–$160K+ OTE.

You’ve got a background in 4x4, custom builds, or automotive technical sales

You love creating solutions — not just pushing product

You’re confident talking through high-end quotes and technical concepts

You’re process-driven, follow through on every lead, and own your sales targets
