Your Role at a Glance

As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you’ll lead clients through the full home-building journey—from initial contact to contract signing—while developing tailored sales strategies to meet and exceed your goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire sales process from enquiry to signed contract
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans with independence
• Build strong relationships with new leads and prospective buyers
• Guide clients through the custom homebuilding process with confidence
• Represent the company professionally and with exceptional communication skills

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in New Homes Sales
• KDR experience is essential
• Proven track record of hitting targets and driving results
• Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for sales
• Strong lead generation and qualification skills
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication
• Ability to work autonomously and make confident decisions
• Solid understanding of residential construction and industry terminology
