Are you a friendly and professional individual looking for a one-day-per-week role? We are seeking a Receptionist to join our clients team every Monday, providing essential front-desk support at their reputable superannuation company based in the CBD
Your new role
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Greeting clients and visitors with professionalism
- Managing appointments and basic administrative tasks
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Providing general office support to the wider team
What you'll need to succeed

- Previous reception experience needed
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A professional and friendly demeanour
- Basic computer proficiency
