Impact X is a catalyst for climate action, designing strategic forums that unite leaders from business, policy, finance, and technology to accelerate decarbonisation. As a Conference Producer, you’ll lead the development of agendas that shape national conversations—on energy, infrastructure, critical minerals, heavy industry, and beyond.
At the heart of every event is a strong conference agenda, and as a Conference Producer, you will own the entire process—from in-depth topic research and program development to identifying and securing industry-leading speakers. This is a content-driven role that combines research, creativity, and project management skills to deliver events that attract delegates and meet commercial objectives.
This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in content creation, industry trends, and stakeholder engagement, who understands the role of conferences in driving thought leadership and business opportunities.

· $65,000 base salary + Profit share + Superannuation (OTE Package of $90,000+)

Who you are:
· University Graduate with a good degree from a respected university
· You have a strong interest in understanding industries, uncovering trends, and transforming research into compelling conference agendas.
· You have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and industry experts.
· You are highly organized, proactive, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· You have the ability to write commercially engaging content, including agendas, conference themes, and promotional materials.
· You are naturally curious, creative, and passionate about delivering high-quality events that make a real impact.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct in-depth research with senior industry professionals to identify key trends, challenges, and opportunities in sustainability
· Develop high-quality, commercially viable conference programs based on your research. Write compelling session topics, descriptions, and themes that resonate with target audiences.
· Identify and secure senior-level speakers, thought leaders, and innovators to build credibility and attract delegates.
· Own the end-to-end delivery of your conference agenda, working closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure the event’s commercial success.
· Analyse competitor events and identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
· Work closely with internal teams to ensure the program’s key messages is communicated effectively to prospective attendees and sponsors.
