About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a talented Content Creator/Videographer & Podcast Producer to bring our brand to life across video and podcast formats. This role is ideal for a hands-on creative who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, shoot, and edit high-impact videos, including promotional content, product demos, and client success stories

Oversee end-to-end podcast production—from studio setup to recording and editing

Select, manage, and optimize recording equipment (cameras, mics, lighting, mixers, etc.)

Direct podcast sessions and video shoots with multiple participants

Edit audio and video content for distribution across social media and digital channels

Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to align with brand strategy

Develop creative scripts and storyboards that resonate with our target audience

Keep content fresh by staying ahead of video and podcast trends

Assist with the creation of motion graphics or visual assets as needed

Ensure all content is platform-optimized (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

What You’ll Bring

2–5+ years of experience in video production and podcast creation

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing tools

Experience with audio editing software (e.g. Adobe Audition, Audacity)

Solid technical knowledge of podcasting and studio equipment

Strong storytelling and visual communication skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments

Strong project management and multitasking skills

A passion for producing high-quality, engaging content across mediums
