About the Role:
As a Senior Quantitative Analyst, you will merge analytical rigour with strategic insight to craft high-impact quantitative research solutions. You will partner with clients and internal teams to identify key business challenges, develop tailored research approaches, and transform data into strategic narratives that drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee research projects from initial design through to delivering engaging, data-driven reports.
• Apply sophisticated methodologies, including segmentation, conjoint analysis, and structural equation modelling, to generate in-depth insights.
• Serve as a trusted consultant, presenting findings and guiding clients through strategic decision-making.
• Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with senior colleagues to strengthen our analytics capabilities.
• Continuously refine our research approaches and explore emerging tools, including AI and machine learning applications.

About You:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantitative market research.
• Proficiency in statistical software such as SPSS, R, or Q.
• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of managing complex research projects.
• Experience with advanced statistical techniques and machine learning. (desirable)
