TVH are looking for an enthusiastic Administration and Operational Support Administrator to join our team.
This position is available for immediate start, for someone with service administration experience or someone looking to kickstart a career in administration. You need to have a willingness to learn, an eye for detail and a commitment to reliability.

About the Role:
NOTE: The successful candidate will be employed under the Clerks Private Sector Award.
Your primary responsibility will be to support the State Operational Team with the below, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Creating Customer Orders/Jobs
Closing out of Jobs
Customer invoicing
Liaising with technicians
Following up with suppliers for closeout
Ensuring the team meets customer KPI's
Keeping technician compliance current
Providing assistance to your dedicated operations team/s and managers
About You:
Energetic with a willingness to learn
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Time management skills
Some Microsoft skills
Ability to work in a Team Environment
