About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and motivated Day Club Officer to support the effective delivery of our Day Club programs. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help plan and facilitate activities, transport clients, and ensure our programs run smoothly and professionally—all with the goal of bringing joy, connection, and wellness to our clients. We currently have two positions.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and deliver a variety of wellness-focused activities and events
Support the planning, evaluation, and continuous improvement of programs
Transport clients safely using Goodwin vehicles
Maintain accurate attendance and program documentation
Provide input into care plans, client reviews, and satisfaction surveys
Supervise and support volunteers assisting with program delivery
Promote dignity, respect, and inclusion in all client interactions
Adhere to organisational policies, WHS standards, and compliance requirements
What You’ll Bring
Current driver’s licence (Light Rigid licence or willingness to obtain)
Experience delivering engaging community or wellness programs
Strong organisational and communication skills
Knowledge of the needs and wellbeing of older adults
Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administration
Respect for cultural diversity and commitment to client-centred care
Enthusiastic, adaptable, and proactive approach to your work
