We are looking for an experienced excavator/Loader Driver who are able to work during either shift from 8am - 4pm or 10am to 6pm (flexibility is required)

This is a Mon - Fri role with occasional Saturday and OT will be provided, including a 30% PM shift penalty loading if applicable.

About the role:

Operating the excavator as required at the plant to bale materials that has been delivered to the site.

Able to safely operate the equipment plant with the ability to effectively communicate on the UHF radio.

Always adhere to health & safety procedures and policies at all times and report any near misses and fault findings

load walking floors with commingled material to be transported from site.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent initiative, punctuality, and reliability to work

Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.

About you:

Front End Loader ticket is essential

Excavator Verification of Competency (not required but preferred, training can be provided)

Forklift and/or HR Truck license desirable.

Relevant experience in manufacturing, logistics, recycling/waste management, or similar industry

Previous excavator experience will be highly desirable

Skilled and safe use of relevant plant and equipment required to effectively and efficiently complete required tasks

Understands and applies quality control techniques

Undertakes other duties as directed

Works with minimal supervision
