The Opportunity
Looking for a short-term office-based role with steady hours and a great team culture? Evoenergy is seeking an experienced and reliable Claim Officer to support their Customer Resolutions and CSO teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a well-regarded organisation known for innovation, community focus, and a positive working environment.
This is a three-month hourly rate contract with possible extension, with free on-site parking at their Tuggeranong office.
The Role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is confident over the phone, and has solid Microsoft Office skills.
You'll play a hands-on role across customer support functions, including:
- Assisting with the notifications team (including manual handling tasks like folding)
- Providing backup support to Customer Resolutions and CSOs
- Triaging and prioritising incoming work with maturity and professionalism
- Supporting light accounts or claims-related tasks (if experienced)
The Ideal Person
You will have Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel), confident and professional phone manner, and excellent customer service skills.
You should also have demonstrated office-based experience, where you have learnt your way around a busy admin desk.
A flexible, can-do attitude and ability to pivot between teams as needed, would also aid in your success in the role.
Experience in claims processing or accounts admin is highly desirable.
