Adam Daniels is a proudly family-owned business based in the beautiful Yarra Valley. We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our small, supportive team in a part-time role. If you're organised, punctual, and love keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Making calls to existing customers to confirm bookings and provide other administrative support

Assisting with calendar management

Drafting service reports and organising before-and-after site photos (Google Drive / SharePoint)

Creating invoices accurately using Xero

Uploading invoices, reports, and SWMS to various customer portals

Preparing SWMS and maintaining compliance records

Coordinating and organising staff site inductions

Assist with onboarding new staff using EmploymentHero

Handling site permits and access requests

Managing a shared inbox and tracking purchase orders

Keeping spreadsheets and databases up to date

Making calls to existing customers to confirm bookings and provide other administrative support

Providing general admin support to management and operational teams

About You:

Reliable, punctual, and take pride in your work

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Comfortable juggling multiple admin tasks and prioritising as needed

Strong communication and organisational skills

Confident using tools like Google Drive, Google Calendar, and Microsoft 365

Bonus points if you have experience with Canva, HubSpot CRM, or similar platforms

The Details:

Part-time role - 5-6 hours per day, 5 days per week (Can be school hours)

Office based role located in Healesville

Start date: ASAP
