Role
This is a highly autonomous role with you reporting directly to the CEO. No two days will ever be the same, there will be travel involved daily throughout your region.
Your office is based in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast.
Your sales activity will be on the Sunshine Coast and in Brisbane's north side through to the CBD.
Full training is provided and you will have clear processes and systems to guide you each step of the way. You will be fully supported by the admin and operations teams. For instance, all technical support, site analysis, project delivery will be taken care for you. Your time is freed up to focus 100% on making sales. Your role is to generate new client relationships, collect information about a client’s requirements and complete the sale. This way, each person in the team focuses on what they love and do best.
Many warm and hot leads will be generated for you from the company through online advertising and telemarketing sources. Generous bonuses are on offer for both company leads and self generated leads.
KPIs around leads quoted and conversion rates are key to your role.
Other responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining strong and lasting client relationships
Following up on quotes and closing sales opportunities
Conducting site visits to accurately quote new opportunities
Requirements:
We are only after superstar sales professionals, who bring energy, professionalism and are truly committed to their own success.
Thrive on lead generation and business development, with clients of all ages and walks of life.
Driver's license and vehicle.
Experience in the B2B market, but not essential. If not, then a practical mindset and commitment will enable required skills and knowledge to be learned quickly.
High energy, a team player and a love for making sales and delivering great results to clients!
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in achieving KPI’s
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

You will receive full training and continued support from your peers.
The base salary is $73,000 + superannuation and an $18,000 car allowance = $99,000
Bonuses vary for company leads, self generated business and 6 monthly target bonuses.
On Target Earnings for year 1 is $100,000 + super + $15,000 car allowance = $125,000
Ongoing trail bonuses are unlimited for some industry specific clients with no end dates for these bonuses i.e. trail bonuses should increase every year from year 2 moving forward. Therefore, your potential earnings are uncapped.
