Brightside Recruitment is a specialist agency established to provide recruitment, consultancy, and support to organisations and individuals within the Social Work, Allied Health & Wellbeing sector.

We are a new (ish) agency, operating for 5 years now, but have a reputation that spans over 15 years. We are looking for someone who will add to our culture and vision but always have our core values - Collaboration, Customer Success, Innovation and Quality - at heart. We encourage you to take ownership of your desk within the welfare sector and be motivated to grow it.

About you:
We're looking for an experienced 360 consultant to assist with Brightside's expansion plan.

Besides the obvious knowledge and experience of running a 360 degree recruitment desk, I'm looking for a genuine passion to help make a difference in peoples lives, drive and determination to get the job done, passion, enthusiasm and a sales spark that could light up a room. Not asking for much, right!??

Selection Criteria:

• Minimum of 2 years exp. running a 360 degree recruitment desk.
• Proven track record of working towards and achieving KPIs and Targets.
• A genuine passion for the recruitment sector.
• Business development skills and experience to assist with Brightside's growth plans.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A team player.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Driving licence.
• Available to work full-time/5 days a week.
