As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll step into an established market with the opportunity to build and run a busy desk. You’ll be backed by a collaborative team and supported with structured training and ongoing development—plus, you'll earn uncapped commission from day one.

About the Role

We currently have two opportunities available—one on the Surgery desk and one on the Emergency Medicine desk. In both roles, you’ll be placing doctors into locum and contract roles across Australia. These desks are well-established, with strong client relationships already in place, providing the perfect platform for an experienced recruiter to thrive.

What You’ll Do

Candidate Engagement: Source, connect, and build strong relationships with doctors

Client Partnerships: Maintain and grow long-term relationships with key healthcare clients

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing to placement

Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to grow your desk and client base

Market Insight: Become a trusted expert to both candidates and clients in your space

About You

You’re an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. With a strong background in medical or healthcare recruitment, you know how to build rapport, deliver results, and grow a desk.

You’ll bring:

Proven experience in medical or healthcare recruitment (essential)

A strong billing history and track record of exceeding targets

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

A proactive, results-driven mindset and strong work ethic
