You

• Recruitment experience, whether you currently work in an agency or in-house.
• If you know your way around a marketing agency or an in-house marketing team, even better.
• We'd also be keen to hear from recruiters who've worked in similar industries - digital, design, creative etc.
• Perhaps you've recruited into other sectors but feel you could bring attitude, ambition and strategy to the party - if so, we'd still love to meet with you.
• A track record of winning business from new clients and growing accounts throughout your recruitment career.
• A diverse arsenal of business development methods.
• Care for the clients you recruit into and candidates you represent.
• Detail-oriented, organised and driven.

Salary
$80,000 + super + uncapped commission.

Location
Sydney CBD, with hybrid working on offer (Monday, Wednesday & Thursday office, Tuesday & Friday remote) - although the office is always open if you prefer to work in the office five days per week.

You'll also get plenty of opportunity to visit clients around the city and Greater Sydney.

Other Info
We can offer sponsorship if you are on a temporary visa, but you will need to meet the qualifying criteria (previous recruitment experience or a University degree).
