About the Opportunity
HiTalent offers a unique and exciting opportunity for growth as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in the Social Work & Community Services sector.
Working closely with the Founder, you will develop both operationally and strategically, learning how to win and grow key clients using the most innovative recruitment technology in the market. As we expand, you will have a significant role in shaping the future of the company. The rewards are limitless and directly tied to your ambition and drive for success.
Your expertise will help not-for-profits find the right talent to fulfil their missions. Key responsibilities include:
- Business Growth: Collaborate closely with the founder to develop and implement strategies for business and desk expansion.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to placement.
- Providing strategic recruitment advice to clients to help them build effective teams.
- Conducting interviews and assessments to identify top talent.
- Attend conferences and conduct service visits with our clients.
- Utilising innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates.
- Identify new business opportunities and support with the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
