We work with tradies to turn good businesses into great ones by tightening systems, improving profitability and building strong leadership from the ground up.

As demand continues to grow, we are now looking to bring in an experienced operator to join our high-performance team and work closely alongside us.

About the Role

We are looking for a proven Project Manager or Operations Leader with 5+ years’ experience in the construction or trade services industry, someone who knows how to manage people, lead teams and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be working as a Business Coach, helping our clients implement strong systems, improve communication, streamline their workflows and take real control of their businesses.

This is a leadership role that involves:

Working directly with construction business owners as their coach

Reviewing their systems, structures and team performance

Helping them problem-solve, plan and stay accountable

Bringing fresh energy and a high standard of delivery to every interaction

Who We’re Looking For

5+ years in a project management, operations or leadership role in the construction industry

Strong communicator, confident, clear and personable with all types of people

Well-presented and articulate, with a natural ability to lead conversations

Strong personal habits and a passion for self-development (fitness, mindset, routine)

Someone who holds themselves to a high standard and expects the same from others

Comfortable working with systems, tools and structure

Confident managing multiple clients and coaching sessions

Ready to take the pressure off the directors and step into a key delivery role
