We’re on the lookout for experienced Project Managers to join a respected construction company specialising in commercial new builds across the North Sydney region.

With projects ranging from $10M–$30M+, you’ll play a key role in leading site teams, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring smooth project delivery from start to finish.

Location: Office based in North Sydney - weekly site visits will be required.

This role is ideal for:

• An early-career Project Manager with 2–5 years’ experience looking to take on more responsibility, OR
• A strong Site Manager ready to transition into a full PM role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• End-to-end project management – planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination
• Leading and mentoring site teams to ensure quality and timelines are met
• Working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver projects efficiently and safely
• Driving commercial outcomes with a focus on quality, compliance, and client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in new build construction ideally in the commercial sector - apartments, indsutrial, major refurbishments etc.
• Strong understanding of external structures
• 2–5 years' experience in a PM role or a solid background as a Site Manager ready to step up
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Solid understanding of construction programming and financials
• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
