About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Junior Full Time and Casual Cafe Attendants to join our dynamic team at Just Kids Playcentre and Cafe' in Tullamarine, VIC. As a Cafe Attendant, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our guests. This is a full-time position, with opportunities for casual work available as well.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming customers with a friendly and professional demeanour

Taking orders and processing payments efficiently

Preparing and serving a variety of food and beverages to customer specifications

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the cafe area

Restocking and replenishing supplies as needed

Supporting the overall operations of the cafe and playcentre as required

What we're looking for

Someone eager to learn, no experience is required as full training will be provided

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with customers of all ages

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle the fast-paced cafe environment

Enthusiasm, flexibility and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work culture
