We are now seeking experienced chefs (commis through to CDP) for our award winning venue The Bay Hotel; a place to discover the untold stories of Mornington’s rich heritage, relaxed beach-side main street and pub culture with a sprinkle of Irish pub charm. We are looking for experiences chefs who are seeking a new challenge in their hospitality career and want to grow with our company. Both casual and full time opportunities are available.

What you will be doing:

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with our menu specifications.

Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to at all times.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain an efficient workflow and timely service.

Contribute creative ideas to enhance our menu offerings and overall dining experience.

What we are looking for:

Previous experience as a chef in a similar setting

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A passion for the hospitality industry and culinary arts

Able to work independently as well as part of a team

What we offer you:

Competitive hourly rate within the $31 - $47 range for casual positions
