About the role

As Purchasing Officer, you’ll play a vital role in our Operations team, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll collaborate with vendors, manage purchase orders, and support inventory accuracy to uphold our commitment to operational excellence.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, your key responsibilities will include:

Process and manage purchase orders with precision and efficiency.

Coordinate with local and overseas vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Assist in monitoring stock levels and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Identify opportunities to streamline purchasing processes and support cost-saving initiatives.

Maintain procurement documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.

About you – Qualifications & Experience

To succeed in this role:

A recent business graduate with an interest in procurement, supply chain and logistics.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented focus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Good time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
