Supply Chain Officer

Overview:

My client is a global medical technology company with many arms to their portfolio. They help thousands of patients on a day to day basis and this role is working in one of the pillars.

The Supply Chain Officer role they have is with a transformation project and is very much hands on with the ERP systems and purchase orders. Other duties outlined below.

Reports into the Inventory and Supply Chain Manager.

Other Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Inventory Management:

Support planning data and purchase order requests to place orders with suppliers, ensuring efficient demand fulfillment.

Record Purchase Orders into the ERP system for both inventory and non-inventory orders.

Place and manage purchase order requisitions for both inventory and non-inventory items.

Ensure suppliers deliver precise quantities of stock at accurate prices within specified timeframes.

Follow up on overdue purchase orders, expedite shipments, and provide timely updates to relevant internal stakeholders.

Assist in the analysis of supply chain performance metrics

Support the complete account coding for supplier invoices.

Ensure all activities performed comply with employment policies, safety requirements, and corporate policies.

Fulfill obligations under the QMS – prepare and approve documents, review and action QIs, etc.

Ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality both internally and externally.

Ensure all activities performed comply with legislative employment policies, health & safety requirements, and corporate policy.

Advocate for a standard of excellence in quality and customer focus at my client.

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential: ERP Systems, Purchase Orders and Data Entry experience is essential so you will need to have strong IT and Microsoft skills.

If you do not have this experience in ANZ previously we cannot consider you for this role.
