HAYLO People is a specialist recruitment agency supporting the Personal Injury and Insurance industry and we have an opportunity for an experienced Injury Manager to join our client as an Injury Management Coordinator within a well recognised and established organisation.

This exciting role will be responsible for the management of workplace injuries and illnesses across two sites. You will be supported by a team ready to show you the ropes of their diversified operations.

Please note this is an afternoon shift, onsite position based in the Greater Brisbane area.

The Role:

• Coordinate injury management and wellbeing activities
• Support return-to-work processes and liaise with stakeholders
• Maintain compliance with all legislative and internal processes
• Support onsite first-aid and triage requirements
• Collaborate with production and operational staff
• Contribute to continuous improvement in health & wellbeing initiatives
  

About you:

• Significant experience in a similar IM or return-to-work coordinator role
• Strong understanding of QLD legislation (essential) and NSW (desired)
• Confident, assertive, proactive, and highly organised with excellent communication skills
• Hands-on approach with a strong attention to detail
