Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
• Oversee some of the day to day operations of the Sydney branch, driving efficiency and operational excellence.
• Represent the company at face to face meetings and networking events.
• Manage and resolve client escalations with a solutions-focused approach.
• Work closely with senior leadership to implement strategies that align with company goals and objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a client focused role in the insurance or insurance building space.
• Strong existing relationships with key stakeholders in the insurance industry, particularly Loss Adjusters
• A proven track record of building and managing strong client relationships.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive and solutions focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
