About the Role
This role provides excellent work life flexibility and adaptability to meet the rest of your life’s commitments.
Your time will be 100% in our Glenunga Space. Start date early July.
It’s a permanent part-time position with weekly hours between 15-18hrs spread over 3 weekdays, most likely Mon, Wed & Fri - some negotiation on workdays may be possible. The start / stop times of each shift are negotiable. Ideally the daily hours are between 8:30 - 16:30.
We are looking for a self starter to manage our new Glenunga space and provide high quality customer service to our members. The majority of the role is in person, with a small amount of working from home possible, if desired.
Reporting directly to the Business Owner, you will be responsible for providing customer service to our members and guests to ensure a high level of member satisfaction.
You will be the first point of call for member interactions and inquiries for the space.
You will have one person who reports to you and who you manage - the Glenunga Community Coordinator.
General Duties
Meet and greet all members and ensure everybody knows your name and you become their port of call for all their daily needs.
Maintaining the quality and presentation of all common spaces through the day.
Troubleshooting facilities such as air-conditioning, security, cleaning, common areas and other facilities matters - On job training provided
Having a hand in every part of the member experience.
Overseeing and executing daily office operations
Manage all inbound enquiries
Provide tours for potential members
Onboarding and induction for new members to ensure a positive connection to the community
Inputting and maintaining accurate data across various platforms
Member invoicing
Being available to assist with call out issues after hours (very infrequent)
Setting up printer driver and access on people's devices
Showing new members on how to connect to printers, WIFI and meeting room AV equipment.

Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Ability to connect well with people; warm and approachable
Strong verbal communication skills
Self starter who has the ability to work independently
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Reliable
Passion for delighting customers
Professional demeanor
Desirable Requirements
Google suite experience - G Drive, G mail, Google docs & Google sheets
Cava experience
Online accounting software such as MYOB and Xero
