We are looking for a casual Duty Manager who is passionate about creating unforgettable experiences and working within a team.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

Positive leadership

Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues

Excellent product knowledge and ability to upsell and cross sell

Ability to stay calm under pressure

Experience across all areas of hotels including bar, dining, gaming and bottle shop

Current RSA, Advanced Gaming and RP badge essential

Able to work shifts across a 7-day roster
