Someone experienced in hospo who gets how fast-paced, fun, and rewarding it can be

A leader who can run the shop like it’s their own

Someone who wants to help shape a business and see it succeed and grow

A hands-on person who backs quality and consistency

Availability to work afternoons, late evenings, weekends, and holidays

A numbers focused person who pays attention to cost management

Bonus if you’ve got ideas for improving systems, building culture, and growing the brand

A practical, can-do attitude and a love of burgers!

💼 What You'll Do:

Run day-to-day shop operations

Train and build a team that shares our standards

Help drive sales and maintain tight cost control

Be a sounding board for ideas as we test, refine, and grow

Own your role — We want someone who takes pride in running the show and has a strong customer focus
