We're now looking for a reliable and personable Receptionist to join our Sydney CBD office.

The Role:
As the first point of contact for incoming calls, you will represent the firm with a warm and professional manner. You will also provide essential administrative support, helping to ensure smooth communication between our legal team and clients. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the office, all while being an integral part of our team.

About You:

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (legal or medical preferred)

Proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel

Clear and confident communication skills

Excellent typing skills with attention to detail

A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
