With brand-new, shiny offices in North Sydney, they are now looking for someone who will help shape the vibe of the front desk and grow into the role long term.

It’s not just about answering the phone and greeting visitors (although you'll do that too), it’s about becoming a central part of a business that’s bold, collaborative and seriously down to earth.

You’ll be joining a core Sydney crew of around 50 people, and a tight-knit support team who will trust and champion you in the role – they want you to own it… Go and make it your own!

What you'll be doing (besides running the front desk like a pro):

• Welcoming clients, visitors, trades, you name it - you’ll be the face people remember
• Answering and directing calls with clarity and professionalism
• Booking meetings and keeping the boardrooms humming
• Helping the EAs with admin overflow - think calendar support, travel booking, formatting docs, scheduling
• Keeping the office (and kitchen!) looking sharp and tidy
• Handling couriers, mail, office supplies and any small-but-mighty tasks that keep things running
• Getting involved in team events, celebrations and initiatives – you’ll be driving culture at top speed

Your days will vary depending on different business priorities and plans (variety is the spice of life!) - but you’ll always feel like an important part of the bigger picture.

What we’re looking for:

• Someone confident, capable and naturally warm - your people skills and drive to deliver great service matter more than years of experience
• A go-getter who takes initiative and constantly assess where you can add value (it's the small things - if you see a coffee spill, a random box in a walkway, you jump to attention)
• Strong attention to detail, a polished presentation and a “how can I help?” attitude
• Bonus points if you’ve worked on reception or in admin before – you see this as a long-term career
