About the Role:
This is a newly created role due to business growth. You will be managing a portfolio of lifestyle brands that are in huge demand with an engaged and established customer base.
Sales Growth:
● Develop and execute a sales strategy with support of the leadership team to achieve targets
● Identify new business opportunities and drive store onboardings
● Manage the sales cycle and secure deals
● Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs
Client Relationship Management:
● Deliver an outstanding customer service experience
● Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers across Australia
● Nurture the existing customer base and secure replenishment orders
● Address and resolve customer issues and look for solutions to improve the customer experience
● Develop strong relationships with each supplier brand
Marketing Execution:
● Develop and execute a marketing strategy with support of the marketing team to support sales activity
● Create brand EDMs
● Create brand-specific content to drive retailer interest in your brands
