Role: Full Time Client Services Manager
In a team full of creatives, Glam Adelaide need someone highly organised, assertive and proactive, to help keep everything in order, and to maintain and grow our relationships with clients.
Glam Adelaide is the leading lifestyle news network based in South Australia. We focus on breaking what’s on, and what’s great across SA. We support local businesses, showcasing exciting news for events, hospitality, arts, culture, development and more, by exploring our state, forging strong networks and by constantly seeing out news and stories.
The assertive yet calm person in this role will be extremely organised, and will assist the CEO and the Client Services team with day-to-day duties and help to keep the creative team at Glam Adelaide on task, and on time. Their primary duty will be to help manage our expanding client portfolio, acting as the customer service and administrative link between the client and our creative team, to ensure all work is completed in a professional manner that achieves our clients’ objectives, on time.
With the role being heavily CRM based (HubSpot), this person must have a passion for administration work, standardising routines for all staff, and keeping things organised and on track. They must also have a suitable personality for dealing both with our team, and our clients, in a professional, measured manner.
To be successful in this role you must have high attention to detail, organisational and time management skills, great initiative and superior problem-solving skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
About the role:
You will manage our portfolio of clients, be our client-facing representative, and be responsible to ensure all associated duties are completed. This will require you to work closely with our creative team who will be carrying out tasks for the clients.
The role is fast paced and attention to detail and the ability to multitask is a must. It would be suitable for someone with experience engaging with multiple stakeholders, meeting clients needs and deadlines whilst always maintaining an exceptional level of accuracy.
Data entry is a key requirement of the role and you must be able to keep on top of CRM system HubSpot and action tasks where required.
Duties:
Manage the company CRM system HubSpot - Training will be provided on this platform.
Manage a small team of writers and help with the setting up, implementation and execution of memberships and campaigns.
Drive client relationships with the aim to secure them into new membership periods.
Maintain sound knowledge of our business product offering, e.g membership, campaign and digital marketing packages.
Assist with preparing contracts for new and returning clients.
Assist with creating custom packages for returning clients to better match their needs and goals.
Assist with client reporting
Attend staff meetings, including minute-taking, drafting agendas and following through on action items
Use previous admin/EA experience to bring better processes and ideas to the business
Update current policies and procedure when needed or if needs of business change.
Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
Attend events on behalf of Glam Adelaide, to represent our company
Diary management, appointment scheduling and correspondence
Flexible working hours with reasonable overtime to meet the needs of the business
Liaise with clients via telephone and email;
Provide exemplary customer service to our clients and achieve the best possible outcomes;
Provide support to other department staff as required;
Strictly observe confidentiality and at all times, comply with the company's Privacy Policy and other privacy related policies and procedures.

Comfortable using the phone for communication with clients (essential)
The core hours are between 9:00am - 5:30pm with some flexibility.
