As a Community Occupational Therapist at Feros Care, you'll be a key player in delivering exceptional care and support to older adults. This is an autonomous role that requires you to travel within the Darling Downs region working 2-3 days a week.

Your Role:

• Deliver 1:1 evidence-based in-home Occupational Therapy services.
• Focus on Home Care Package and Short-Term Restorative Care clients.
• Engage in mobile assessment, case management, and care coordination.
• Facilitate client connections to appropriate service providers and supports.
• Efficiently manage daily workload including travel, documentation, and administrative tasks.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,244 + 11.5% superannuation.
• Tax-Free Benefits: Salary packaging up to $15,899 p.a. + Meal and Entertainment Card ($2,650 pre-tax).
• Travel Reimbursement: 99c per km.
• Equipment: Smartphone, laptop, and specific tools provided.
• Support: Full rostering and administrative support for appointment management.

• Parental Leave: 9 weeks paid (for eligible employees)

About You:

• Qualifications: AHPRA Registered Occupational Therapist.
• Skills: Passion for working with older adults, excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Technology: Proficient in MS Office and client management software.
• License: Current unrestricted driver's license.
